Cancellation by Caraa Soap and Skincare: We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund for the amount paid.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. We may require photographic evidence or a return of the product to assess the damage or defect. We will provide a replacement product or issue a refund for the purchase price, including any applicable shipping charges.


Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction: We take pride in the quality of our handmade soap products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than damage or defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. We may, at our discretion, offer an exchange or refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges. Please note that returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
